‘Isthmus’, the name suggests a bridge between two very large bodies.

We believe that a gap exists between the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry and the Pharmaceutical Academic Institutes of our country.

We believe this gap exists because of dearth of enthusiasm from both sides. Industry does not understand the return on investment in developing a robust academic infrastructure and the Institutes are keen to impart theoretical knowledge which does not really produce employable employees.

We exist to bridge this gap. We exist to create a harmony between the Industry and the Institute where both develop mutually beneficial symbiotic relationships.

Our mission is to create a robust infrastructure in the Indian Pharmaceutical space, where the Industry and the Institute have an indispensable partnership for growth and development.
